VIENNA, VA—Repairs on a block of Church Street will cause road closures for several weeks, according to the Town of Vienna. Beginning May 6, the 300 block of Church Street NE (between Glyndon Street NE and Beulah Road) will be closed to thru traffic on weekdays from 8 a.m.-4 p.m.

Traffic will be detoured to Maple Avenue. Only residents who live within the block will have access to the area. Utility disruptions are not planned.

The work is expected to take four weeks to complete. Construction will not take place on weekends or holidays and is weather permitting.
