According to Vienna police, a suspect that met a minor girl online is accused of a sexual assault in a Vienna park.
VIENNA, VA — A suspect has been arrested and charged following a sexual assault of a minor in a Vienna park, according to Vienna Police.
Police received the report of the sexual assault on Monday. According to police, the suspect met the minor girl online through social media. The assault happened at an undisclosed park in Vienna.
Detectives interviewed the witness and worked on a forensic rape examination before obtaining search warrants for the suspect.

Police arrested the suspect, Celvin Aragon Flores, of Vienna, on Thursday. He was charged with sodomy, rape, aggravated sexual battery and animate object penetration. Police anticipate additional charges as the investigation continues.
Victim Services and Child Protective Services were notified about the incident and will assist the victim.
