Shop & Stroll, Pop-Up Holiday Market In Vienna This Weekend

The shopping events boost support for local artisans and businesses in Vienna.

VIENNA, VA — With a few shopping events in Vienna this weekend, you've got a reason to get started on holiday shopping early.

On Saturday, the Town of Vienna will continue its Shop & Stroll series at Danor Plaza, 126 Branch Rd SE. Visit between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. for store promotions, surprises and other activities.

Each week features a different shopping center. The remaining schedule for Shop & Stroll is Cedar Park on Nov. 14, Jades Shopping Center and Vienna Plaza on Nov. 21, Village Green on Dec. 5 and Glyndon Plaza on Dec. 12. There will be no featured shopping center on Nov. 28 due to Small Business Saturday on Church Street and surrounding streets. Shop & Stroll customers are asked to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.

The shopping continues Sunday with the Vienna Arts Society's Vienna Pop-Up Holiday Market. It will be held from noon to 5 p.m. in the parking lot of 243 Church Street NW. The outdoor market features 20 local artisans as well as work from Vienna Arts Society artists. Items will include crafts, jewelry, fine art, ornaments, crocheted items, decorations, soaps, pastries, books, spices and more. The event will be following COVID-19 guidelines.
