Caboose Brewing Company will soon be opening its doors in Vienna at 520 Mill St. NE. The gastro-pub and brewery will likely be opening soon, as the company has posted job ads on craigslist:

Caboose Brewing Company in Vienna, Va is looking for energetic passionate employees to fill several BOH positions. Caboose will be an American small plate restaurant focusing on local, sustainable and house made staples. Brand new kitchen lead by a NY trained chef looking to bring quality ingredients and local farms to pair with the craft beers brewed on site. Currently looking to fill the following positions. . .

The owners of the new venture, Tim McLaughlin and Matt Greer, hired a brewmaster from Heavy Seas Alehouse.

The location of their new business sits right alongside Mile 12 of the Washington and Old Dominion Trail, a perfect stop for thirsty and hungry travelers. A Facebook message says the establishment will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and also look for a brunch on weekends.
