Longstanding Local Favorite Vienna Inn To Celebrate 63rd Anniversary

VIENNA, VA — For 63 years, the Vienna Inn has been a longstanding restaurant choice for the Vienna community, providing a popular gathering space and cheap eats such as its famous chili dogs. In February, Vienna Inn is celebrating that anniversary with specials, contests and more events.

"We are excited to reach another milestone and celebrate with our loyal customers," said Marty Volk, owner of Vienna Inn.

While much has changed in Northern Virginia since 1960, Vienna Inn has remained nearly unchanged. The restaurant has a few known traditions: customers pay on an honor system, and the non-alcoholic drinks are self-serve.

Vienna Inn has been a strong supporter of local sports teams and other local causes, evident in the local sports trophies and memorabilia proudly displayed on the walls.

The chili dog is Vienna Inn's most popular item with an estimated 10,000 sold each month. The Vienna Inn's menu also includes breakfast, sandwiches, burgers, salads, entrées and more.

During the 63rd anniversary month, Vienna Inn will host community fundraisers with special guests behind its famous dog stand, including Mayor Linda Colbert. The restaurant will have kid's nights on Feb. 6 and 13 with special menu offerings, contests and entertainment. Other customer contests will be held on social media. Food and drink specials are also planned.
