Vienna Mayor speaks to St. Marks ESL students

Vienna Mayor Laurie DiRocco spoke October 29 to adult ESL students at St. Mark Catholic Church about her duties as mayor, structure of the Vienna Town government, town goals and issues and community events. Several of the students in the audience are studying for the U.S. Citizenship exam or have emigrated from nations that do not have a democratically elected government.
