There are moments in life when everything you have been building—every brave step, every honest reckoning, every quiet act of becoming—arrives at a door.
Not a door someone else built for you. Not a door you were handed or stumbled through by accident. A door you built yourself, through your own courage and your own growing. And now you are standing before it.
This is the threshold. And it is entirely your own.
A threshold is not a crisis. It is not a cliff edge or a point of no return. It is an invitation—the most personal kind. It says: everything you have done to get here has been preparation for this moment. The door is yours. Will you open it and step through?
Most of us have stood at a threshold like this at least once—and retreated. Not because we weren't ready, but because no one was there to witness the magnitude of what we were standing in front of. Because we talked ourselves out of it before we could feel how close we really were.
This circle is where we stop talking ourselves out of it.
We will stand at our thresholds together. We will feel the weight and the possibility of them. And we will find—in each other's witnessing—the courage to lean forward rather than step back.

<ul><li>Name the threshold each of us is standing at—the opening that has been forming through our own becoming</li><li>Explore what it would mean to cross it—and what has been keeping us from the edge</li><li>Witness one another in the magnitude of the moment each of us is standing in</li><li>Practice summoning the courage that crossing requires—together, in circle</li></ul>
The door is open. And you did not come this far to turn back now.
<h3>About This Circle</h3>
"Standing at Her Own Threshold" is the fourth gathering in Visible and Whole—a six-circle summer journey through courage, stillness, rising, transformation, tending, and the turning of the season. You are welcome to join us for this circle alone or walk the full summer journey. Every gathering stands beautifully on its own.
Every Women's Flourishing Circle opens with gentle movement—stretching, breath, and simple somatic practice—to help you leave the day at the door and arrive fully in your body and the present moment. From there, the circle opens with intention. Women share honestly, listen deeply, and experience something that most tell us they've never quite felt before.
You will not be forced to share anything you're not ready to share. The space is structured to be safe, honest, and held with over 20 years of professional facilitation experience.
<ul><li>Duration: 2 hours</li><li>What to Wear: Something comfortable—we begin with movement</li><li>What to Have on Hand: A journal if you like to write</li><li>Accessibility Note: There is one flight of stairs to reach the studio.</li></ul>

Indigenous cultures understood and practiced what science has also proven: that when two or more people come together, we co-regulate, or stabilize one another's emotional and physiological state.
The Women's Flourishing Circle is a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect—with yourself and with others. Through gentle conversation, listening and reflection, mindful practices, and supportive presence, we create an environment where your nervous system can settle and restore.
In a calm and welcoming space, we cultivate a sense of safety, belonging, and authentic connection. In circle, you don’t have to hold everything alone—being witnessed, heard, and supported helps our bodies remember how to relax and regulate.
