A woman was fatally mauled Sunday night in Southeast Washington, D.C., by her pit bull mix dog, authorities say. Neighbors told reporters that victim Angela Smith, 55, often walked the dog in the area.

Potential Abduction Leads To Manhunt

Virginia State Police launched a manhunt in the Alexandria area for suspects in a possible abduction. Authorities believe two women voluntarily got into the vehicle with a man they knew, but he would not stop when the women asked to be let out of the car.
