Our Yoga + Essential Oils Workshop is designed to help you soften, reset, and flow into the weekend feeling grounded and restored. Rochelle will guide you through a gentle, soulful yoga practice while Katharine introduces thoughtfully selected Young Living essential oils throughout class to enhance each posture, breath, and moment of stillness.
This experience is centered around calming the nervous system, creating emotional balance, and inviting peace into the body and mind. Featuring beautiful blends like Lavender, Bergamot, and Peace &amp; Calming, each student will leave feeling refreshed, supported, and ready to embrace the weekend with ease.
Each guest will also receive a small sample of the featured oil infusion to take home and continue the experience beyond the mat.
