The live entertainment permit for Baylon Cafe, located in the 3000 block of Golansky Boulevard in Woodbridge, was suspended "in response to the recent homicide and community safety concerns," the police department said Friday. This was the second shooting at the cafe this year.
On Saturday, authorities arrested Clark and charged him in connection with the shooting. Police alleged that Robinson was leaving the area when Clark shot him. The incident was not random, according to the police department.
Clark is charged with murder and the use of a firearm in commission of a felony. He is being held without bond, and his court date is pending.
