Choking Suspects At Large In Woodbridge, Manassas: Police
Authorities are looking for two men who are accused of choking women in separate, unrelated incidents in Woodbridge and Manassas.

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA — Two men in Prince William County were accused of choking women in unrelated assaults in Manassas and Woodbridge, according to the Prince William County Police Department. Both suspects are still at large.
The domestic incident in Manassas was reported to authorities on Tuesday, Aug. 10. Officers arrived at the scene, a residence in the 8500 block of Cabot Court, around 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday.

The victim, who police identified as a 39-year-old woman, reported that she was involved in an argument with a family member that escalated. During the dispute, the family member took the victim's phone and grabbed her by the neck, according to the police report.
Eventually, the two separated and the family member left the home. The victim reported injuries to her knees and face during the assault, police said.

During their investigation, authorities identified the family member as Calvin Miller Boyce, Jr. They also learned that there was active protective order prohibiting him from contacting the victim.
Officers obtained warrants for Boyce's arrest, but they have been unable to locate him. He is described as a 46-year-old white man with blonde hair and blue eyes. He is 5 feet, 11 inches tall and 216 pounds. He is charged with malicious wounding, strangulation, preventing the summoning of law enforcement, and protective order violation.
Another assault and choking incident was reported in Woodbridge on Wednesday, Aug. 11. A victim reported that she was assaulted between Oct. 5 and Oct. 6, 2020 at a home in the 13200 block of Keystone Drive in Woodbridge.

The victim said that she had an argument with an acquaintance that became physical. The victim said she was pushed and then the acquaintance placed his forearm on her neck, according to the report. Eventually, other people in the home helped the victim leave the area.
Though the incident was only recently reported to police, authorities said the victim did report her injuries at the time of the assault.
Authorities identified the acquaintance as Joseph Famigilitti III. Officers have been unable to locate him. He is charged with strangulation and assault & battery.
Famigilitti is described as a 34-year-old white man. He has brown hair and hazel eyes. Police said he is about 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs 230 pounds.
