Police Nab One of Two Suspects in Tuesday Night Robbery
Suspect found hiding in closet, say Prince William County police.

Prince William County police detectives have tracked down one of two men who allegedly robbed a Triangle man on Tuesday night.

Adbullahi Abdulaqdir Mohamed, 32, of 2709 Winston Court in Woodbridge, has been charged with robbery, abduction and use of a firearm in commission of a felony, according to a police report. He’s being held without bond in the Prince William-Manassas Regional Jail, and his next date in court is set for May 12.
Police officers located Mohamed on Wednesday hiding in a closet in a family member’s residence, according to a police report.

The other suspect in the robbery remains at large; he’s described as a white male, between 30 and 40 years of age, 6 feet tall and weighing 250 pounds with a medium build.
The robbery occurred in the 16900 block of McGuffeys Trail. The 44-year-old victim told police that he made arrangements to meet with an acquaintance near the River Oak Community House.
Once he got there, the acquaintance was in the company of another man, the victim said. During the encounter, the two men assaulted the victim, and Mohamed allegedly held a knife to the victim’s neck. The other suspect had a handgun, police said.
