Prince William County police arrested two more suspects Tuesday who were allegedly involved in a shootout last weekend near Dumfries, but a third suspect is at large and should be considered “armed and dangerous,” police said.
Andre Vaunquez Perry (in photo from September 2013), 22, of no fixed address, is wanted by police on a variety of charges stemming from the gunfight reported to police at 2:06 p.m. Saturday between two speeding cars on Swans Creek Lane. Perry allegedly drove one of the cars and fired a gun at the other car, according to a Prince William police report.

Perry is described by police as a black male, 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds with black hair, brown eyes and multiple tattoos on his face, neck and arms, notably the tattoo “DRIZZY” on his left forearm. The Prince William police have obtained warrants for his arrest.

Perry is wanted for three counts of shooting into an occupied dwelling, three counts of felony destruction of property, one count of misdemeanor destruction of property, one count of malicious wounding, one count of attempted malicious wounding, one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, one count of shooting along a roadway, one count of shooting from a moving vehicle and one count of shooting at a moving vehicle.
The two suspects arrested on Tuesday were:
- Brianna Milan Colbert (in second photo), 19, of 16168 Taconic Circle in Woodbridge. She was a passenger in a red Kia driven by Perry, according to a Prince William police report, and is charged with three counts of principal in the second degree for shooting into an occupied dwelling.
- Paulina Mariel Gomez-Larroque, 18, of 5213 Box Turtle Court in Woodbridge, drove the other car, a gold Saab, in the shootout, police said. She’s charged with one count of principal in the second degree for shooting into an occupied dwelling.
The fourth suspect in the shootout, Deante Gaines, was located and arrested Monday in a neighborhood in Washington, D.C., by the U.S. Marshals’ Fugitive Task Force. Gaines, 19, of the 500 block of Widewater Road in Stafford County, was a passenger in the gold Saab and fired a gun, police said.
Gaines is charged with two counts of shooting into an occupied dwelling, one count of shooting from a moving vehicle and one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He’s in custody and awaiting extradition to Virginia.

The Prince William police report released Wednesday stated that the incident began Saturday afternoon. Gaines and Gomez were eating at a Dumfries restaurant near Jefferson Davis Highway (Route 1) and Wayside Drive when Perry and Briana Colbert walked in,
All four knew each other and were previously involved in an incident in another jurisdiction, police said. They left the restaurant and got into their cars.
Perry drove the red Kia while Colbert sat in the front passenger seat. Gomez-Larroque drove the other car, a gold Saab, and Gaines was the passenger.
Both cars sped down Wayside Drive through Dumfries towards the 17900 block of Swans Creek Lane, where Perry and Gaines began shooting at each other. Gaines was grazed in the upper body by one of the bullets, police said, but no one else was injured.
Gaines and the other two suspects in custody are scheduled to appear in court on April 20 in Prince William County. Gomez-Larroque is being held on a $7,500 bond at the Prince William-Manassas Regional Jail in Manassas, according to police, while Colbert is being held there without bond.
