Teenager Killed In Single-Car Crash In Woodbridge: Police
A 17-year-old boy from Woodbridge died on Sunday in a single-vehicle crash along Featherstone Road, authorities said.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A 17-year-old boy died on Sunday after a single-car crash in Woodbridge, the Prince William County Police Department said. The boy lost control of his car after trying to pass another vehicle on the road, according to authorities.
The police department said it will not identify the boy by name due to his age. No other injuries were reported in connection with the crash.
The crash occurred around 8 a.m. on Sunday on Featherstone Drive near Walnut Street. Investigators said the boy was driving a 2019 Toyota Yaris at a high speed when he tried to pass another vehicle and lost control.

The car left the road, crashed into a building, and rolled onto its roof, authorities said. No other vehicles were involved. The 17-year-old driver was the only person in the car.
The teenager died at a nearby hospital on Sunday evening, according to the police department.
