• Putnam Career and Technical Center to receive SkillsUSA Model of Excellence recognition this week (wvmetronews.com) — Students at the Putnam Career and Technical Center’s Eleanor campus are part of a program being honored nationally by SkillsUSA as a 2026 Model of Excellence chapter. The school, which also has a Buffalo campus, is one of just eight nationwide recognized for Personal Skills and is competing this week in Atlanta for a top-three spot.
