The team has still won all six Sun Belt series this year and now heads to EKU for its final midweek matchup as it chases a conference title.

• Huntington's annual amnesty period for delinquent fees underway (wowktv.com) — Huntington residents who are behind on city fire protection or refuse fees can now have their late penalties forgiven during the city’s annual amnesty period, which runs 60 days from April 15. Homeowners must live in the property, pay all principal by June 30, 2026, and apply through the city to qualify, offering some budget relief while encouraging people to catch up.

• Huntington war monument begins relocation journey (wowktv.com) — A well-known World War I monument honoring American Car and Foundry workers from Huntington is being carefully removed from 3rd Avenue and stored until its new home is ready this summer. The Huntington Municipal Development Authority plans to reinstall it on redeveloped ACF property near Marshall’s Advanced Manufacturing Center, with added lighting and displays to preserve the site’s industrial and military history.
