Residents and anti-violence advocates say repeated exposure to such posts risks desensitizing people to loss of life, while police continue investigating the city's fifth homicide of the year with no arrest yet announced.

Madison police searching for laundromat stabbing suspect (fox47.com) — Madison police are asking for your help identifying a suspect who allegedly stabbed a man at Northport Laundry on the city's north side last Friday night. Investigators say the attack was unprovoked, the victim was treated for injuries, and anyone with information can contact Madison Area Crime Stoppers anonymously and may qualify for a reward.

Madison-based medical charity sues city, claims it was displaced without required relocation help (wmtv15news.com) — A Madison-based medical charity is suing the City of Madison, claiming it was displaced from its longtime West Badger Road space without legally required relocation assistance during the Centro Hispano redevelopment. The dispute could influence how future city-backed projects handle notice, moving help, and rent support for small nonprofits as the Park Badger redevelopment adds housing, a new fire station, and a public health facility.
