Wyoming bank has been offline a week due to cyber incident (americanbanker.com) — Hilltop National Bank in Casper has had its online and mobile banking shut down for a week after a cybersecurity incident, leaving customers with capped debit card use and disrupted bill payments. Branches are open only for limited in-person transactions, and the bank has not said what caused the outage or when full digital services will return, though it promises to cover late fees tied to the disruption.
   

2. Trio of Casper volleyball tourneys get OK'd at City Council meeting (oilcity.news) — Casper volleyball players can look forward to three major tournaments at the WYO Sports Ranch, now officially approved by City Council. The long-running Casper Open, Casper Cupid Co-ed, and Casper Co-ed tournaments are booked through spring 2027, with the city investing license fees and expecting strong out-of-town turnout that has previously brought nearly $1 million in weekend spending to Casper.
   

3. Casper City Council extends Fort Caspar repair schedule, amends separate construction contract (oilcity.news) — Casper residents will see continued investment in the North Platte River and Fort Caspar after City Council approved a $3 million river restoration construction agreement and extended the historic site's rehab schedule. The river work is fully grant-funded, while Fort Caspar's repairs will now run into July 2027 without increasing the project's overall cost.
   

4. Casper City Council approves Park Ridge Medical Campus subdivision agreement (oilcity.news) — Casper's City Council has approved the final plat and subdivision agreement for the Park Ridge Medical Campus No. 5, reshaping nearly 28 acres on the city's commercial side. By vacating unused road segments and consolidating parcels, the plan aims to better match current growth patterns while relying on existing streets and utilities to handle traffic and access needs.
