Caught on camera: Woman faces felony on suspicion of scratching car causing $6,400 damage (capcity.news) — Cheyenne police have charged a local woman with felony property destruction after a Subaru Forester was heavily scratched in a commercial parking lot on Evans Avenue, causing more than $6,400 in damage. Investigators used surveillance video, license plate readers, physical descriptions, and workplace records to identify a suspect, who denies driving the vehicle that day.
