GIRLS SWIMMING: Central wins three duals at Southeast Quad (wyomingnews.com) — Cheyenne Central's girls swim team dominated Friday's Southeast Quad at home, sweeping duals against Laramie, Cheyenne South and Cheyenne East while adding several new state qualifiers. Local swimmers from all three Cheyenne schools posted strong relay and individual results, giving fans an early look at who could shine at the Class 4A state meet.
