No Parole For Bishop Who Killed Cyclist
The defrocked bishop who killed a bicyclist when she was drunk driving in 2014 must serve her full sentence, sources say. The parole commission denied early release for Heather Cook, who in 2014 became the first female Episcopal bishop in Maryland.
