Parade Of Protests Continues Over EJ Bradford's Death
Protesters took to the Hoover streets again Tuesday night, visiting multiple businesses in the city in outrage over EJ Bradford's death.

HOOVER, AL - Protests continue over the death of Emantic "EJ" Bradford at the hands of a Hoover police officer Thanksgiving night, as dozens of people took to the streets again Tuesday night visiting multiple Hoover businesses in an effort to force the Hoover Police Department to release video footage of the Riverchase Galleria shooting.
The protests Tuesday night began on I-65, and Hoover police were ready, as the HPD blocked off some traffic to make sure the protesters did not impede emergency traffic - as was the concern last week when the protests completely blocked Highway 31, one of the main thoroughfares through Hoover.
Protesters marched to the Hoover Walmart on John Hawkins Parkway, shops at the Galleria, Buffalo Wild Wings and other spots in the city telling people not to spend their money in the city of Hoover until the police release the video footage of Bradford's death.

Bradford and his friend Brian Wilson were involved in an altercation at the mall while Christmas shopping, and the altercation led to shots being fired. When a Hoover police officer arrived at the scene, he reportedly shot Bradford, who was holding a gun. Initial reports said Bradford was the shooter, but that was determined through the investigation to be false.
The suspect in the shooting, 20-year-old Erron Brown, was captured in Georgia last week by U.S. Marshals.

Although the Hoover Police Department and the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency have opted not to release video footage of the Thanksgiving night shooting at the Riverchase Galleria that claimed the life of Bradford, an autopsy shows that Bradford was shot three times by the officer, each from behind.
