TRUSSVILLE, AL — Atlanta-based Flock Safety is hosting a community event in Trussville for all Home Owners Associaions and local communities to attend. The event, which is being held at the Trussville Civic Center at 6:30 p.m. on August 20th, is open to the public.
Flock Safety provides security cameras that capture vehicle information quickly during a crime. These devices capture images while the proprietary machine learning algorithm identifies a vehicle fingerprint including license plate, vehicle type, and vehicle color. Cameras are often installed at neighborhood entrances to capture images of all incoming vehicles.
The meeting will cover topics such as neighborhood safety and how communities with the Flock Safety license plate reading technology solve property crimes and empower residents with the ability to give real actionable evidence to the police.
