• Foundation presents $10,000 to each Trussville City school (trussvilletribune.com) — Trussville City Schools just received a major boost, with the Trussville City Schools Foundation giving $10,000 to each of the district's five schools for projects and classroom needs. Funded through the Give 180 campaign, the $50,000 total comes from local families and businesses and is intended to provide resources beyond tax dollars. Residents are encouraged to join the monthly giving effort online.
