Our Shout Out this Thursday morning goes to the memory of Marcia McIntosh — a beloved, longtime Tuscaloosa County employee who passed away in July. Her memory was honored during Wednesday's meeting of the Tuscaloosa County Commission, where her husband, Dwayne McIntosh, accepted a plaque to honor her memory presented by Probate Judge Rob Robertson.
