The 2010 Shellmound Peace Walk will take place November 17-26, beginning in San Jose and ending in Emeryville. The Walk is a Native-sponsored journey to honor Sacred Sites of the Bay Area.
Everyone is welcome to participate at any time for however long.

The walk will arrive in Alameda from San Leandro on Friday,
November 19. You are invited for a potluck meal at 6:00pm followed by a discussion about the Walk and Bay Area Sacred Sites. This will take place at First Congregational UCC at 1912 Central Avenue in Alameda.
The Walk is sponsored by Indian People Organizing for Change, Shellmound Peace Walkers, SSP&RIT and Footprints for Peace.
