San Diego County Sheriff's Department: UPDATE: Homicide Investigation - Spring Valley

The Medical Examiner's Office conducted the autopsy today of the victim shot in Spring Valley on Wednesday, November 3, 2021.  The preliminary cause of death was a gunshot wound and the manner of death is homicide.  The victim has been identified as twenty-six-year-old Arnolfo Quintero from Spring Valley.
