• AI Hallucinations in State Farm Insurance Outside Lawyers' Filings (reason.com) — A legal fight over a fire-damaged Carson home has exposed how outside lawyers for State Farm used AI-generated, non-existent case citations in court filings, then had to admit the errors. The attorneys apologized and say they've reviewed other documents to ensure no further AI "hallucinations" appear in the case.
