The rundown also highlights Summit's Oct. 8 road game at Colton, giving local supporters a key home date to circle as league play heats up across the region. 
• AMR seeks restraining order to stop San Bernardino County from switching ambulance providers this week (sbsun.com) — Colton residents could soon see their 911 ambulance service shift from AMR to CONFIRE, a countywide fire-agency partnership that includes Colton Fire Department. A court hearing this week will decide whether the changeover proceeds Thursday, potentially affecting response times and ambulance bills, which AMR's parent company says will rise sharply under the new system.
