2 Earthquakes Shake NorCal In Less Than 4 Hours
Two earthquakes shook Northern California within hours of each other this morning, according to the USGS.
COLUSA, CA — A set of earthquakes shook Northern California within hours of each other this morning, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.
A 3.3-magnitude quake hit near Colusa at about 10:26 a.m.
The quake struck about 3 miles east of Colusa, registering a depth of 19 miles.

Residents as far away as 58 miles reported on USGS's "Did You Feel It?" survey that they felt the shake.
Earlier, a 3.4-magnitude quake shook the area 5 miles northeast of Gilroy and 11 miles southeast of Morgan Hill at 6:48 a.m.
