Police: $5,000 Reward Offered for Info on Man Who Robbed Bank of America in Dublin

Bank of America is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to a conviction of the person who robbed a branch in Dublin on Monday morning, a police lieutenant said Tuesday.
Dublin Police Services officers responded to a report of a bank robbery at a Bank of America branch at 4250 Dublin Blvd. around 11 a.m., Lt. Herb Walters said. The suspect entered the branch, handed the bank teller a note demanding for money, according to Walters. The suspect also told the teller he had a gun, but there were no weapons seen during the course of the robbery, he said.

The teller complied with the order and the suspect fled the bank with an undetermined amount of money, Walters said. The suspect was last seen running north through the parking lot, he said. No injuries were reported. The suspect is described as a black man, about 35 years old, standing about 6 feet tall and had a neatly trimmed goatee, police said. He was wearing a dark-colored Seattle Seahawks cap, light green-colored long-sleeve shirt and light-colored jeans, according to police.
