2.8 Earthquake Recorded In Sonoma County: USGS
The United States Geological Survey said the quake hit the North Bay area shortly before 8:30 a.m. Saturday.
SONOMA COUNTY, CA — A preliminary 2.8-magnitude earthquake rattled Sonoma County on Saturday morning, according to the United States Geological Survey.
The agency said the quake struck around 8:26 a.m.
The epicenter was located about 3.6 miles southwest of Cobb and around 14.2 miles south-southwest of the city of Clearlake.
