• A mom panicked after receiving a call reporting her child, 17, was abducted, with an accompanying demand for cash, Petaluma police said.

Girl, 11, Reported Missing From Santa Rosa: Police

• A family member went to pick her up from school Thursday but she was not there, Santa Rosa police said.

Man Assaulted At Park In Sonoma; Suspect In Attack Caught: Police
