The prosecutor is still reviewing evidence.

Alameda County prosecutors said today they aren’t yet filing charges against an alleged drunk driver who killed a mother and her baby in a crash in Livermore on Saturday night.
The police department investigation has been extensive. Prosecutors need more time to review all evidence to determine what charges to file against 35-year-old Brian Jones of Livermore. His next court date has been set for May 28.
Jones was arrested on suspicion of gross vehicular manslaughter and DUI, and had been scheduled to be arraigned in Alameda County Superior Court in Pleasanton at 9 a.m. Jones is free on $350,000 bail.
