• Deputies Release Names of Suspect, Victims in Maywood Murder-Suicide (mynewsla.com) — Authorities have identified the three family members found shot to death in a burning Maywood home on East 61st Street early Saturday, calling the case a likely domestic-violence murder-suicide. Deputies say there is no ongoing threat to the community, but homicide detectives are still investigating and asking anyone with information to contact the sheriff's department or Crime Stoppers anonymously.
