Soothing Waters In Sausalito​: Marin County Photo Of The Day

MARIN COUNTY, CA — Patch reader Sophie Fleming captured this soothing photo Sunday evening in Sausalito.

"A nice soothing, calming water image amidst these burning times," Fleming said. "I hope it eases people's worries and anxiety."

She took the picture from a wooden rowboat on the way back from a concert off the deck of a houseboat.

"It was such a nice Indian summer night, and people were enjoying the music from their paddle boards, rowboats, kayaks and small motor boats," Fleming added. "The smiles were as bright as the setting sun."
