About COMMERCIAL HVAC FOREMAN
Minimum
requirements include:
5 years' experience with various commercial heating and air conditioning systems
Familiar with all kinds of ductwork
Start up and commissioning of newly installed systems
Must be able to read and understand job plans, layouts, etc.
Must be proficient in using all the tools of the trade
Must have own hand tools, drills, saws, safety gear, etc.
Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
Ability to pass background check/and drug test
Ability to work with high degree of integrity and promote positive company image
Maintain thorough knowledge of, actively practice, and promote safe working conditions in accordance with OSHA, EPA
Dependable, self-motivated and strong communication skills
Accurately fill out daily paperwork, including time sheets and work orders
Show attention to detail on all jobs
Maintain company truck, tools, and inventory
Clean professional appearance
Must have the ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and on-call rotation
Job duties may include but are not limited to: Installing new
HVAC equipment, both furnaces and A/C heat pumps, roof top package units and
exhaust fans, sheet metal duct, both rectangular and round, run venting, low
voltage wiring, ductwork both rigid and flexible.
You must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push, pull, or carry heavy
objects as well as be able to climb ladders and work in small crawl spaces.
