Reserve Keena led the presentation, with many attentive fans in the audience. One in particular, Jacob Forrester had just received a full firefighter’s suit on his 4th birthday, and felt particularly connected to the pursuit of safety. “The children have been studying a unit on campfires, and this seemed like a natural fit” notes Miss Ashley, one of the Center’s 3 Preschool teachers. Sandra Wargo noted, “The Novato Fire District is always available to educate our young children about fire safety and firefighters. We are very pleased with our partnership and connection with the Novato Youth Center.”
