Fire Weather This Weekend In North Bay; Red Flag Warning Issued
Gusty winds and low humidity are expected this weekend in the North Bay, creating another round of critical fire weather conditions.

NORTH BAY, CA – Fire season continues in the North Bay as critical fire weather conditions are expected to return this weekend, prompting the National Weather Service to issue another red flag warning.
The red flag warning is in effect from 1 a.m. Saturday until 6 a.m. Sunday for the North Bay mountains and East Bay hills, according to the National Weather Service. Northeast wind gusts from 40 to 50 mph will be possible in the region, while humidity values will drop to 8 to 18 percent, creating another round of critical fire weather conditions on top of very dry fuels.
The fire weather watch issued Thursday is no longer in effect.
