MARIN COUNTY, CA - The Marin County District Attorney's Office filed murder charges Tuesday against two Novato High School students and an accessory to murder charge against a third student.
Juan Carlos Martinez Henriquez, 17, and Edwin Guevara, 16, are charged with the premeditated shooting murder while lying in wait of Edwin Josue Ramirez Guerra, 17, of San Rafael on Wednesday.
The complaint identifies Martinez Henriquez as the shooter, but alleges Guevara also was armed with a firearm.

A third defendant, Elmer Fernando Machado-Rivera, 21, of San Rafael, is charged with being an accessory to the murder and attempted murder by harboring and concealing Martinez Henriquez to avoid arrest and prosecution.
The teen victims, also Novato High School students, were found around 5:30 p.m. at the end of Fairway Drive miles from Novato High School.
The student who survived called 911 and identified the three suspects, and Ramirez Guerra was found dead at the scene. Marin County sheriff's officials have not said what the crime was about.
The defendants, who are being prosecuted as adults, are scheduled for arraignment Wednesday morning in Marin County Superior Court, Assistant Marin County District Attorney Barry Borden said.
