Obama Motorcade to Affect Pacfic Palisades Traffic
Saturday traffic will be slowed as Obama zips through town and tens of thousands head out to see the Dodgers, US soccer and Zac Brown.

Anyone planning to be on Southland roads this weekend should consider planning ahead and leaving early, with a series of potentially traffic-snarling events on tap -- highlighted by a 6 1/2-hour visit by President Barack Obama.
Obama is schedule to arrive at Los Angeles International Airport at 1 p.m. Saturday, and he will attend at least three fundraising events, two at the exclusive homes of key supporters and one concert in Pacific Palisades.
Although the president generally travels by helicopter to and from the actual airport, his motorcade will likely force rolling closures of streets in West Los Angeles, Brentwood and Pacific Palisades. Obama is scheduled to depart from LAX at about 7:30 p.m. Saturday.
