Kitten Trapped in Wall Of San Leandro Home Rescued By Firefighters
Meow-out! Some caring firefighters and their high tech equipment produce a purrfect ending for this trapped kitten.
SAN LEANDRO, CA - Who do you call when you need rescuing? The fire department! The crew of Rescue 24 rushed to the scene Tuesday, with their high tech equipment, when they got word that a tiny kitten had gotten trapped behind a wall.
Captain Lobese, Engineer Franklin, Firefighter Nance and Firefighter Riggs used their thermal imaging camera to pinpoint the kitten’s location and freed the fluffball from its drywall prison.
The feline’s owner told firefighters that the kitten was in the attic and fell down between the wall studs.
If you live on Brown Court in San Leandro, watch out when you see this little guy coming--he has a nose for trouble!
