Drive Safely, Petaluma! 20 Crashes Today In Sonoma County
The most serious involved a motorcyclist near Windsor.

The California Highway Patrol today responded to 20 collisions in Sonoma County most of which were caused by drivers traveling too fast on wet roads.
The most serious accident involved a motorcycle that fell on Calistoga Road near Porter Creek Road east of Windsor, CHP Officer Jon Sloat said.
The motorcycle rider, Stephen O’Brien, 48, of Calistoga, suffered a fractured leg, Sloat said.

A three-car crash closed Bodega Highway at Furlong Road west of Sebastopol around 8:50 a.m.
The Sonoma County Road Department responded to clean an oil spill caused by the crash, but no injuries were reported, Sloat said.

The CHP arrested a Santa Rosa man with five license suspensions and two DUI convictions after he rear-ended a vehicle stopped at a red light on Sebastopol Road at West Avenue in Roseland. Sloat said.
Officers found one open can of beer and another one that had not been opened yet in 26-year-old Pablo Vazquez-Sanchez’s Nissan Ismo and arrested him on suspicion of DUI, Sloat said.
