Sonoma Co. Woman Gets 16 Years For Human Trafficking, Child Porn

A Rohnert Park woman who was convicted of human trafficking and coercing two 11-year-old girls to participate in producing child pornography was sentenced in Sonoma County Superior Court Tuesday to 16 years in prison.

One of the pre-teens was a member of defendant Katrenia Larrew’s family, Sonoma County District Attorney Jill Ravitch said.

Larrew, 28, previously sold sexual images of herself through a “cam model” business, Ravitch said. She pleaded no contest to the human trafficking and child porn charges in April, Ravitch said.

The investigation revealed she threatened the girls in order to get them to pose naked or dressed in lingerie, Ravitch said.

Larrew then distributed the photos over Internet sites with the intent to sell them to customers for three times her usual “cam model” fee, Ravitch said.

Larrew was charged after her family member disclosed she and the other girl were forced to pose for the photos, Ravitch said.

“The conduct of this defendant was selfish and depraved,” Ravitch said in a news release. “The 16-year sentence will help the victims heal and hold the defendant accountable,” Ravitch said.

Larrew also will be required to register as a sex offender for the rest of her life, Ravitch said.
