Pleasanton Retirement Community Announces Opening of CreekView Health Center
Stoneridge Creek Addition Includes Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Services

PLEASANTON, Calif. -- CreekView, the latest addition to the Stoneridge Creek retirement community campus, is officially open. The new $50 million health center recently welcomed its first residents.
CreekView is available to Stoneridge Creek residents and seniors from the community at large. The health center’s multi-levels of care range from long-term to short-term, including respite care, skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care.
“We’ve established Stoneridge Creek as the premier destination for active older adults in the area,” said Francis Rodgers, executive director of Stoneridge Creek. “With CreekView, we’re expanding our horizons to provide the absolute best in health care in conjunction with an engaged retirement lifestyle.”

Located at 2900 Stoneridge Drive in Pleasanton, CreekView is adjacent to the independent living residences at Stoneridge Creek. On site, there are 48 assisted living apartments, 20 memory care apartments and 73 skilled nursing beds for varying levels of health care. Activities and restaurant-style dining offered to independent living residents at Stoneridge Creek will also be available on the CreekView campus. Amenities include a fitness room, courtyard, multimedia room and full-service beauty spa, among others.
In addition to housing and amenities, all health services options are carefully customized an coordinated through the continuum of care as each resident’s needs increase or decrease.

CreekView’s staff will work closely with area physicians and medical specialists to ensure residents’ best interests are served through exceptional rehabilitation services and therapies.
“We’re pleased to bring even more residence and health care options to Pleasanton and the surrounding area. This will enable adults with greater care needs to thrive throughout their older years, and their families can have peace of mind knowing their loved ones are safe and secure,” said Dolly Bindra, CreekView Health Center administrator. “Our mission is to provide a health care experience they can trust; one that is second to none.”
The project is the first newly constructed community of its kind in over 20 years in the Tri-Valley. Project partners included VTBS Architects in Santa Monica, San Ramon-based landscape architects Gates and Associates and Pleasanton-based civil engineer RJA.
