Sponsored by the Hermosa Beach Chamber of Commerce, the parade begins at 11a.m. at the staging area near City Hall on Valley Drive.

The route makes a left onto Pier Avenue and ends at the corner of Hermosa Avenue and 10th street.

The Wearing of the Green is a time-honored tradition. Don’t be surprised to find yourself ordering corned beef hash, savoring a pint of Guiness, singing Danny Boy and kissing perfect strangers.

Ya gotta love the Irish.
