New Library Hours:
On August 1, open hours at all libraries All large libraries in the county are Tuesdays 10-6, Wednesdays 10-8, Thursdays 10-6, Fridays 10-6 and Saturdays 10-4. Only the Central Library in Santa Rosa is open on Sundays 2-6.
In addition, all libraries are closed every Monday.
A concerned group of local library users is working to restore the library’s open hours back to what they were before August 1. For information and updates, check out their website at www.socosol.org.
Book Sale Coming Up:
The Friends of the Rohnert Park-Cotati Library are having their Fall Booksale on Friday, Oct. 7 from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Saturday, Oct. 8 from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (special saving from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. — a bag of books is $5 or one half price on individual books).
