Get Involved- Service and Internship Fair Planned at SSU.
SSU is having a service and internship fair.

Join Us Making Progress (JUMP) is the office responsible for connecting Sonoma State University students with community service projects and non-profits in the area, for one time projects or consistent volunteer commitments.
According the the SSU website, JUMP "provides Sonoma State University students the opportunity for personal growth, leadership, and education through service to the campus and the community."
To usher in the Fall semester, JUMP has teamed up with SSU's Career Services and numerous local and national non-profits to bring students a Service and Internship Fair.

Students will get a chance to learn about different causes and talk with representatives from non-profits, giving them opportunities to volunteer or intern with these organizations.
Among the organizations are the Americorps and Peace Corps who work nationally and internationally to provide help to those in need.
