Have a Service Request? The City of Rohnert Park Has An App For That

If you notice a problem that the City needs to respond to, including but not limited to potholes, weed abatement, graffiti, water leaks, street light problems, City tree maintenance, park maintenance, etc., you can submit a service request from your smart phone through the City’s FREE GoRequest App. If using an iPhone, download the “GoRequest” app from the iTunes store; if using an Android, download “GoRequest” via Google Play.

The GoRequest app incorporates GPS technology that enables staff to pinpoint the exact location of reported issues.  The app also enables end users to take a photo of the issue, add comments, and provide contact information (if a phone number is provided, the end user will receive a confirmation call within 24 hours of submitting the service request), which will be used by staff to follow-up and notify end users when the issue has been resolved.
