Intensive Training
Intensive Training— it can be life-changing! Have you ever done any intensive training?
If you want to get anywhere with anything, you must be consistent. Excellence must become a habit. We all know this.
Intensive Training has a long and glorious tradition in all cultures. This is the time that you set aside for yourself to really indulge in something. To dive right in, and really get the most of the experience. When we do something intensely, we get tremendous benefits, because it changes us. Then if we can take some part of the experience and bring it forward into our daily life, make it consistent so it becomes a habit, then we REALLY have something.
Intensive Training is best done without distractions. You should commit yourself 100 percent to what you are engaged in so you can get the most out of the experience.

No matter what your experience level, you can get a lot out of such intensive training. In martial arts as in anything, the amount of effort you put into it will determine the results you achieve.
Are you doing any intensive training this summer? If you can make the time, intensive training of any kind is WELL worth the effort.
